Thank you for shopping with Hair by Tay LC. ♡ We are committed to getting your luxury hair order to you as safely and efficiently as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout when available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier delays, holidays, weather, product availability, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Some products may ship separately or directly from one of our fulfillment partners. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive more than one package.

TRACKING

Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address or phone number provided with your order. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation is received.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact Hair by Tay LC as quickly as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.

DELAYS

Hair by Tay LC is not responsible for carrier delays or other shipping delays outside of our reasonable control. We will, however, assist customers when possible with locating delayed shipments.

LOST, STOLEN OR MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your mailroom or front desk, and the shipping carrier.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us with your order number so we can assist you with the next appropriate steps.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the package and affected merchandise.
