HAIR BY TAY LC — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident when shopping Hair by Tay LC. Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products, we have specific requirements for returns and exchanges.

RETURNS

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, hair must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all bands, tags, and packaging intact.

Hair that has been installed, brushed excessively, combed, cut, colored, bleached, washed, chemically treated, altered, or removed from its original binding is not eligible for return.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact Hair by Tay LC as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, used or altered hair cannot be returned. Final-sale items, clearance items, gift cards, and customized or specially ordered products are also non-returnable unless required by applicable law.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Please contact Hair by Tay LC before sending any merchandise back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Hair by Tay LC or an item arrives damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise. Hair by Tay LC is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

REFUNDS

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
