How long does order processing take?

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Can I return hair?

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the original packaging with all bands and tags intact. Please review the full Return & Refund Policy before ordering.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact Hair by Tay LC within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging.

What is the difference between 2x4 and 2x6 closures?

A 2x6 closure provides more parting space than a 2x4 closure. Match your closure texture to the bundles you plan to wear.

How do I choose a texture?

How should I care for my hair?

Detangle gently from the ends upward, use lightweight products, limit unnecessary heat, and use a heat protectant when applying heat. Store hair neatly when not in use and handle textured patterns gently.
